Are 207 expert tips all we need to get the right job?

I’ve found this interesting video presenting a DVD with 207 tips from recruiters and employers. Do a search in google for “interview skills” or “interview tips” and you will find hundreds of articles with hundreds of tips. If that DVD has collected the more common tips, then you can save a lot of time by just listening to this DVD.

But my question is: the more tips we learn about, the more chances we have to land the job of our dreams? What do you think?

My opinion is: not if after listening to those tips we are the same person as we were. Not if you are not empowered. Not if you see yourself and your future job from the same perspective. Not if you don’t radiate more success from your eyes.
In other words: information gathering does not equal more success. Because success, we all know, comes from within. You will land the job of your dreams when you are innerly prepared to attract it.

So, go and get this DVD (if you don’t want to do the search in google for free tips) and use those tips as arrows pointing to the same direction: empowering you, bringing a wiser, more energetic and lovelier you into the job search process. If you don’t use some of those tips to transform yourself, you will not get a better job. If you are lucky you’ll get a job. But if you truly want to attract a better job, you’ll need to develop a better you.
That’s what you can learn in my Phone Interview Success System: the inner side of the story…because every tip has an inner perspective, did you know that?
For example: a lot of people want to “know” the “smartest” answer to the common “tough” questions… So, if for example they are asked “Why should we hire You”, they want to know what to answer…

But you know what says the inner side of the story?
There is no better answer than being connected to the interviewer.

If you feel connected, you will laugh and smile without saying a word. And the interviewer will understand and will think: “I can’t believe I have found the best candidate for the job on Earth!”. Or if you are connected, you can say whatever you feel right expressing at that moment and it will land perfectly well on the interviewer (for example: “What?? Aren’t I the best candidate for this job??? – and that too will be the best answer in the world)
