phoneinterviewsecrets.com: Questions and Answers are what you might be more interested in. But believe me: questions and answers is not the name of the game…
Let’s face it: most of us need a job and today it is not easy to find one. And that makes us fearful, stressed and worried.
So, when an interviewer (the one that will allow you to survive) asks you: “Why do you want to work for us?” what is the simple and plain truth?
We need a job. And we would like to get to work as soon as possible so that we can continue to pay our mortgage.
But that’s not what the interviewer wants to hear. He does not want to “solve our problems”. He wants us to solve the company’s problems. That’s why an honest answer is not necessarily what is expected from us. You should be honest always but you should listen for the intention behind each question. The intention of the question is not always that of us being 100% honest in our answer.
