Today I’ll interview Catherine Palmiere. Catherine is a teacher, author, and popular guest speaker at seminars and on TV. The President of her own staffing firm for 30 years, Adam Personnel in New York City. I’ve learned that Being Authentic is one of the most important things that you want to BE in your phone interview. When you listen to Catherine, you’ll find out the relationship between your accomplishments, your interests, your skills and the level of your authenticity or genuinity. You’ll also learn the most powerful question ever that you have to ask yourself before the recruiter calls you.
